BREAKOUT 3 - Bret Hart & TNA/Rumble/Brisco

BREAKOUT 3 - Welcome Internet Wrestling Fans

Bret Hart Meets With JB & TNA Officials

PWInsider reported Bret Hart had dinner with Jeremy Borash and TNA officials last night at Bailey's in Nashville, TN which is the HQ state for TNA. Borash tweeted a photo on his twitter. JB put up a photo of him and Bret Hart saying "Had dinner with an ol' friend last night. Nobody was screwed." To me there’s nothing wrong with two old friends catching up and having dinner but Bret Hart is currently under contract with WWE and JB is currently under contract with TNA, could there be inside talks going on to get Bret Hart to turn up in TNA Wrestling. Yes, your right that’s crazy talk, but as wrestling fans we want to believe in impossible or very unlikely scenarios, now that there is a very small piece of evidence that Bret Hart has been in talks with TNA officials, as wrestling fans how can any blame us for not acknowledging this. This is the sort of news that wrestling news site crave for. Bret Hart back in WWE after 12 years, they are building a storyline with Hart and McMahon for Wrestlemaina this year and then we hear that Bret had dinner with JB and some TNA officials, I know it was not Dixie Cater or Hulk Hogan but can you imagine if Bret Hart turns up in TNA after Wrestlemania that would really elevate TNA to a much higher level.

Quick Royal Rumble Thoughts

I thought this years Royal Rumble was boring, the Rumble match and the pay per view as a whole. The Rumble match had nothing or nobody to really excite me. Sheamus/Orton match for the WWE Championship could of been better and gone longer, WWE might be dropping the ball on this Sheamus experiment. Thought EJ would capture the ECW title so I got a small surprise there, no shock that Undertaker retained.

Royal Rumble Prediction Results

Undertaker retains - RIGHT
Sheamus retains with both from Cody or Ted - 100% RIGHT
Christen retains - WRONG
McCool to retain - WRONG
Cena to win Rumble - WRONG

RIP Jack Brisco

Very sad to read that former NWA World Heavyweight Champion Jack Brisco passed away this week. This is from WWE.com. World Wrestling Entertainment has been made aware of the passing of WWE Hall of Famer Jack Brisco. The WWE extends its deepest condolences to the Brisco family. Mr. Brisco was under contract with WWE from 1984 to 1985 and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2008. Jack Brisco was one of the most decorated performers in sports entertainment history, and a bona fide legend in Florida and the southeastern Untied States.
Jack was a former 2 time NWA World Heavyweight champion, former NWA National Champion, NWA Georgia Tag Team Champion with Gerry Brisco, PWI Match of the year in 1974, PWI Wrestler of the year in 1973. I put together this tribute video as part of Wrestle Hustle's tribute videos on our youtube channel.

My Wrestlemania 26 Card - Next Match

On the last edition of Breakout I announced a Money In the Bank Ladder Match as the first match on my Wrestlemania 26 card. participants include Christen, Shelton, MVP, Matt Hardy, Kofi and CM Punk. Next match on the card will be a 3 way match for the Intercontinental Championship with Champion Drew McIntyre Vs Dolp Ziggler Vs John Morrison. This match I think has alot of interest with 3 of WWE's best upcoming stars facing off for the IC title at WWE's biggest show of the year, this match will help all 3 and should help elevate the Intercontinental title.

My WM26 Card so far.
